At least this year there's no controversy. There's a winner, and he won popular vote as well as electoral college, with only a few hiccups in the system.
In my eyes, this just proves the people who parade the "Not My President" T-shirt around. Because, in the end, he is. This validates the 2000 election, 4 years late.
Honestly, the saddest part about the day is looking at the election map. It's insanely depressing to see the division throughout the country displayed on an image like that, so bluntly.

Last year we spent months deciding who was really elected, since Bush didn't win popular vote, along with recounts, etc. etc.
This year was a fair election. The votes counted, and if there's an issue with the election, it can now be taken up with the American people, rather then the ballot machines.
