sometimes having no sleep eventually gives you an adrenaline rush (i.e. thursday, today) and it was great. i thought it would be a slow day but no! not only did i run 3 miles, do an hour of pilates, walked for an hour, did resistance band training for 45 minutes but i drank so much water and i feel amazing. i forgot how good it feels to get my ( Read more... )

i was in a car accident today. i was scared out of my mind. i remembered i almost lost my best friend alex in a car accident. when the car finally stopped my neck felt broken. i thought i was dead. i couldnt move and i thought i was dead. i was really freaked out. i moved my hand to turn the car off. and i was able to move even though it hurt ( Read more... )

she's very sick but the doctors at least seem to think they know what caused the seizures after more tests today, which is definitely a positive in this whole turn of events because we can start working to prevent them.
