I heard someone wise say, that the older and more mature we get, God gives us more and more situations, that are not simply black or white. Whatever you do, do it with a good motivation and so that both you and God will be happy about it. This is the only help I can offer now :)and pray that you would discover your 'calling'

i think the best way to pick and chose is to put aside all your insecurities for one minute about how much you think you would fail at an item and look at the item for all its worth and how much you really want to do it and how you can see God use you in it/feel God in it and then pray.
