Hmm, the whole God Save The Queen thing, could be amusing! May try it in a more quiet fashion, wish I'd now thought of something more crafty for you :P
As to what I would change my name to, I'm not sure. I rather like Erin now although used to hate it and wish for an ordinary name (couldn't exactly go by my middle name for that one either). Do like ?Irish names though so if I changed it now would probably be something Irish.
