I wish I was in the US because I would come pick you up and drive you back to Paw Paw and you could live in my basement until you found a job and got settled. You are probably right though, about this forcing you to get your life together. It might be really hard but in the long run it will be worth it. Right now I think the most important thing for you to do is get a good job that will give you insurance so you can go get your god damn broken back looked at before it gets any more serious! I'm serious Jesse! I worry about you!
