i fuckin hate assholes who try to tell me what to do when i know what im' doing is correct. then i love to find out that the "grapevine" which can only be a few people say that i'm not doing a good job that i odn't have "my shit together

dude you're the president. fuck them all. do what you want/have to do! don't worry about them assholes, if they don't like it, then they should have the balls to tell you. it's a friggin group that's open to opinions, and they can voice it if they really want to!

I agree with above. If they have a problem with the way you do things they should come to you and quit talking about it behind your back because that wont get anything done. And I'm pretty sure that just about every president is talked about behind their back by their board members and others. It's stupid but I've seen it happen so many times, and it gets everyone no where. I'm sure my board has plenty of evil things to say about me behind my back but won't say it to my face because they know that I'm working my ass off for them, and that they prob aren't any much better either. You kind of just have to stick it out and keep going and hope everything works for the best.
