Picking up a diet is a bitch. Once you get used to it it's not so bad. I have been surviving on oatmeal, cottage cheese, salmon, soymilk, red meat, sweet potatoes, eggs, fish oil, peanut butter. I gained 3lbs already. I'm excited. Plus I eat every 2 hours. If you feel hungry eat OATMEAL! I just found out it fills you up if you start to get hungry. It tastes pretty gross plain with no sugar but it makes you lose weight like whoaaaaa.
