i met a black person too once! he was from new york which is interesting because did u know in every major city in the northeren hemisphere, the east side is the dodgyist? this is because the wind blows in from the west so factories are built in the east to stop fumes spreading over the whole city in theory. so therefore all the poorer working class (who are statistically the most crime ridled cross section of population) move to be closer to these sources of work therefor the area has a higher crime rate so is 'dodgier'.

Back to the main point.

New York is the exception to this. This is because it got so bad in their east end they demolished it and rebuilt it. All the affluent West Enders saw the new houses and moved in so all the old east enders moved to the west.

i found that out in work! should have been a blog and a not a comment but ach well!
