Setsuna rummaged through his closet quickly, resting most of his weight on his knees. He had already changed into what he was going to wear on his date with Kira… but he couldn’t find his ipod. He probably wouldn’t need it at all… but you never knew. He brought it with him everywhere. He pressed his forehead against the doorframe for a moment and finally pushed himself off of the ground, brushing off his knees. He wore a new outfit, one of the things Emma had bought that he actually liked. Black leather pants and black boots, along with a tight black teeshirt that had some namebrand scribbled in white across the front. He thought he looked pretty good, and his tousled hair only added to the charm.
He gave up and shut his closet door, it closed with a dull thud. He quickly grabbed his wallet off of his dresser and flung himself out the door, hoping that he wasn’t late meeting Kira thanks to the ipod searching.
Kira had spent the last fifteen minutes digging around in his closet trying to decide what to wear-which, well, made him feel like a girl. Especially since most of his clothes were the same. But it had been awhile since he’d gone out much of anywhere with Setsuna and he wanted to look decent, at least. In the end, he’d settled on one of his nicer v-neck black tees and a pair of leather pants. Taking a last furtive look at himself in the mirror, he grabbed an elastic and pulled his hair back into a ponytail. Good enough, hopefully. He put his wallet in his pocket and headed out the door, walking casually into the hallway where he figured Setsuna was probably already waiting for him.
Setsuna was already there, panting slightly because he had bolted from his own room so he wouldn’t be late. He glanced up as he heard Kira heading down the hall and grinned, brushing his bangs out of his eyes. “Hey, Senpai!” he said cheerfully, leaning back against the wall. “You ready to go?” All Setsuna was sure of was that they were going out - hopefully to a club - but he didn’t know for sure. He hadn’t really bothered to explore New York at night, with working as a janitor and all.
Yeah, I'm ready. I, uh... hope you'll like where we're heading." Kira smiled back, glancing at Setsuna's attire, thankful it wasn't one of Emma's dreaded suits. Somehow he wasn't sure how they'd take something like that at a club. "You look good."
Setsuna shrugged his shoulders and pushed off of the wall, “You look good too, Senpai.” But then again, Kira always looked good. He didn’t even need to try. “It’ll be fun! We haven’t gone out together in a while. How’re we going? Walking?” He wondered to himself if his boots would make his feet bleed if he walked, but it didn’t really matter. At least they looked good?
Kira laughed. Like the school was anywhere near walking distance of any clubs at all. "Nope, we're catching a bus. C'mon." Impulsively he took Setsuna's hand and they headed outside to the bus stop a little ways from the X-mansion. It wasn't too long before they caught the right one, settling into uncomfortable bus seats for a couple minutes. The ride wasn't going to take long, and Kira glanced over at Setsuna. "Any guesses where we're headed?"
Setsuna leaned back in his seat and glanced out the window. “Huh. The… no idea,” he finished lamely, pushing his hair back with his hand. “I don’t really know what’s around here. I never really bothered to go out. Uh.” He rubbed his thumb against the palm of Kira’s hand absentmindedly, “doesn’t really matter though. It’s fine, as long as I’m with you. Unless you’re gunna dump me into a dumpster or something and take off.”
"I wouldn't do that to you. Maybe Katou, though," Kira said, deadpan and unfortunately completely serious. He grinned a little, figuring he ought to tell him now. "It's... well, nothing all that great, anyway, just this club somebody told me about. I figured that's something we haven't done before, you know?" God, he felt like a kid, hesitating like that, mentally second-guessing whether Setsuna even would go for something like clubbing.
Setsuna nodded his head and laughed slowly at the thought of Katou leaving him in a dumpster. Yeah… he probably would. Well. He had faith that his other Senpai might care about him enough to leave him in a gutter where someone might be able to find him or he’d be able to find his way home in the morning. At the word club, Setsuna grinned once more. “Oh, man! That sounds fun! I haven’t gone to one since that time with Misa.” He leaned over and wrapped his arms around Kira’s waist, giving a squeeze. He actually wanted to start necking, but this wasn’t the place for that. Plus, he had marked Kira up plenty last night. His Kira~. “It’ll be awesome.”
Judging from the look on the face of the bus driver, necking was probably the last thing they should be doing. Plenty of time for that kind of stuff at the club, though. "I hope so." Kira hadn't been clubbing since he'd left Japan, and even then he'd been more disposed to sitting around and smoking/drinking to his heart's basic content with other punks. Going with a date would be different. He hugged Setsuna back, not really caring who saw, then checked the window. "Oh, here's the stop. The club's just a block or two away, c'mon," he said, letting him go, and tousling Setsuna's hair playfully before heading off the bus, waiting on him to follow.
Setsuna stood to follow Kira off of the bus, but to his shock and dismay, the door closed. Right in his face. And the bus left the stop. Setsuna turned on his heel and glared at the bus driver, who seemed to not notice him. Looked like he was kinda old… old man probably just forgot Setsuna was on the bus, right? Actually, no. He liked to tease the young kids. Gave his life meaning. Setsuna shifted to the back of the bus and looked out the window, the bus stop was back in the distance. Shit.
For a second Kira had taken for granted that Setsuna had gotten off the bus and had started to walk on when he realized that no, his boyfriend was not right behind him. He turned around fast as soon as he realized his mistake, and saw the bus speeding away. Damn it, he'd thought Setsuna was right behind him!
Abandoning all logical sense, Kira muttered a curse and started trying to chase the bus down. Keyword being trying. He couldn't exactly compete too well with a moving vehicle operated by a slightly sadistic old man. "Hey! Hey! Stop, you idiot!"
Setsuna groaned and slumped down in a seat, pulling on the ringer again. The guy had to let him off eventually, or he could get arrested. He’d probably run him an extra stop or so. He figured that’d he’d just would have to catch up with Kira, he had no idea that his boyfriend was chasing after the bus in the dark. If only he had his cell phone… or his ipod! See? Ipods come in handy. The bus finally slowed to a stop two stops later and Setsuna shakily exited the vehicle. He didn’t really like taking the bus in NY, this was just the icing to the cake.
Kira swore some more under his breath. He was almost positive the ancient bus driver had closed the door on Setsuna on purpose. And all he'd wanted was a nice, normal club date. God. He kept trying to chase the bus for about another block before it finally hit him how pointless it was and he stopped, leaning on the wall of a building to rest for a second. He chewed on his lip, wishing he'd brought his cell phone. Maybe Setsuna wasn't too far off. Kira swallowed. He'd better not be.
Setsuna kicked the curb angrily and sighed, running his hand through his hair and closing his eyes. Well, wasn’t this a great way to start off his date? Ugh. He shook his head and headed back toward where he had last seen Kira, his hands shoved in his pockets. He could tell hobos were watching him because he could feel the hair on the back of his neck standing on end. Maybe it was better that he didn’t have his ipod, they’d probably rob him for it. He chewed on his lower lip and kept his head down as he walked back down the sidewalk.
Determined, Kira got back up and started walking in the direction the bus had gone, hoping to meet back up with Setsuna. Getting separated in the heart of NY was the last thing he'd figured would happen. He tried to push the thought that Setsuna had ended up farther along in the bus route than Kira could walk... or that some gang had decided to go after him.
If any gang was after him, it was a gang of horny, hungry, lonely hobos. Were they following him? He mentally keysmashed and turned his head, watching the shadows carefully. Nothing. Oh god what the hell. Now he wished he DID have his ipod so he could fling it away and they’d go after that. He considered sprinting, but … they might chase him if that was the case. He wrapped his arms around his waist and closed his eyes, walking along. So he felt slightly miserable. What else was he to expect?
Terrible visions of Setsuna already lying around cut up in some alley, with about forty armed thugs surrounding him, were flooding Kira's head enough to keep him from paying any attention to any actual thugs around the area. You're being paranoid, he thought to himself. Setsuna's a pretty good fighter, he can take care of himself... Not that even thinking that was helping. He walked straight into a streetlamp, amid the laughter of some teenagers in a convertible. Rubbing his head, he groaned, feeling ridiculous. If he saw Setsuna again, next date was going to be within walking distance or bust.
Setsuna sighed and looked up, watching a convertible of kids whisk by in the street. Yeah, they were probably going to crash and die. Maybe the flames of their destruction would help Kira find him. Setsuna smiled to himself a little, despite feeling pretty much totally miserable now. He glanced around and spotted (gasp!), “Senpai?” he said tentatively, hoping it was Kira and not some random druggie who would molest him upon sight.
Kira's head jerked up at the word. Couldn't be. He walked closer to make sure he hadn't been hearing things... or seeing them. If he was, he'd blame running into the streetlamp. "... Setsuna? Is that-- Setsuna!" Had to be. Yes. He sped up until he was close enough to hug the other boy, not caring who was around to see.
Setsuna flailed his arms and grinned, “Senpai! So it is you. That fucking busdriver-he didn’t stop the bus on purpose. I think he likes messing with people.” He wrapped his arms around Kira tightly and buried his face in the other male’s shirt.
"What a bastard." Kira let Setsuna bury his face in his shirt, secretly enjoying it. "I was worried you'd gotten left for dead by a gang or some crap like that. Stupid, right? Glad... glad you're okay."
Setsuna laughed and looked up at Kira from underneath his eyelashes. “I’m tough Senpai! I’d have taken them, that’s for sure. But… I think some random hobos are following me. So. Can we go to that club now? I’m looking forward to it. We’re probably only a block off course.” He slipped his hand into Kira’s and gave it a squeeze.
"Hobos? Seriously?" Kira frowned. He hadn't noticed any. "Yeah, course we can go to the club now. Wouldn't want to come all this way for nothing" He squeezed Setsuna's hand back, relieved. Nothing else could possibly go wrong. It didn't take long until they finally made their way over to the club. Kira paused a little ways from the entrance. "Um, you do have a fake ID, right? I dunno if they'll check, but..."
Setsuna reached into his pocket and pulled out his black leather wallet. It was worn from all the years he had owned it, never from how much had been in it. He flipped the flap and scanned the row of cards. “Yep,” he said, running the tip of his finger across the white plastic, “I have it.” He smiled up at Kira and looked inside, listening to the music that could be heard. “Sounds like they’ve got decent music.”
"Yeah." Kira grinned back. This was going to be enough fun to make up for ending up separated on the way. And running into that streetlamp. He checked his own wallet to make certain he had his own (also fake) ID, before adding, "then let's go in."
Setsuna grinned and pressed on, moving past crowds of people who were smoking together. They were doing other drugs too, but he didn’t bother to stop and take a look at what they were doing. The door into the dance room seemed deserted of any bouncers or ID checkers, so he slipped his wallet into his pocket and glanced back at Kira, “here we go!” and pushed the red doors open, walking into the crowded room. People were dancing in the center of the room and up against the wall making out in the shadows. There seemed to be a bar on the left. Music pounded in the air and people swayed to the music, all touching one another and laughing. There was a door that led to the back rooms, and various couples dared to venture back there.
Kira was personally quite tempted to skip the bar and most definitely the dancing for the back rooms, but really it was up to Setsuna. Setsuna had been right about one thing, though--the music was pretty good, and eardrum-blasting loud-- in other words it was perfect. "So what do you want to do?" he asked, over the music. Lazily he put one arm around Setsuna's shoulder and grinned.
Setsuna leaned against Kira lightly and looked up at him, smirking slightly. “Whatever you wanna do, hmm~ I’m up for anything. So you pick.” He ran his tongue over his lips absentmindedly and turned his attention to the crowd of dancing people.
"Back rooms?" Kira suggested, devious look on his face. His neck and collarbone were still marked up from the night before when they'd fooled around, but he didn't care at all. He grinned ruefully, figuring Setsuna had expected that kind of response.
Setsuna almost laughed. “Senpai, we could have stayed home if you wanted to do that.” He stuck his tongue out at the older male and started to pull him towards the bar. “I’m kind of thirsty, from y’know, that bus hijacking and all. Let’s get something to drink.”
Foiled. Kira resisted the urge to stick his tongue out in return, and instead nodded, laughing himself a little. "Well, that works too." He followed Setsuna over to the bar, amid the people dancing on the floor and flashing strobe lights. Settling down at a bar stool, he ordered a beer from the bartender, then glanced over at Setsuna. "What'll you have? My treat."
Setsuna hopped on the stool beside Kira and rested his elbows on the bar, his chin in his hands. “I’ll have a coke with rum… that’s always good.” He grinned at his boyfriend, “are you actually gunna dance with me, or do I have to find a chick?” He wasn’t embarrassed to dance anymore really, thanks to Misa. Plus, some of the people on the floor dancing really sucked at it. Sexyback by Justin Timberlake started blasting from the speakers, and Setsuna almost burst out laughing.
Kira took a swallow of beer. And then another. "Well." He had to admit half the point of going to a club was probably... at least trying to dance. Too bad he hadn't actually done any dancing in more than a few years. Decades. He chewed his lip, slightly flushed. What the hell, he told himself. Really, it was just dancing. But still. "... You won't have to find a chick, Setsuna. I'll dance with you."
Setsuna sipped his coke and watch Kira’s expressions carefully. It was kind of funny, watching the way Kira went from looking smug to flushed. Another sip, then, “You don’t have to if you don’t want to, Senpai. They probably have games around here somewhere, we could find those.” He actually was planning on getting Kira really drunk in hopes of topping tonight. He downed some more of his coke, watching Kira out of corner of his eye.
"Are you sure?" Kira finished off the beer quickly, then went ahead and ordered another from the bartender. He hadn't really drunk too much, lately, and he figured he might as well. He glanced at Setsuna. "That's like half the point of clubbing, isn't it?"
Setsuna chewed on a cube of ice that had been floating in his coke and glanced up at the ceiling to study the differently colored lights. “If you don’t wanna, that’s fine. Who knows? You might change you mind later.” He glanced over at his boyfriend and gave a quick wink, “you just need to get comfortable I guess.”
Comfortable. Right. "Whatever you say, man." Kira felt vaguely bad about turning down his offer. But maybe Setsuna was right and he did just need to relax. Finishing off the beer wouldn't hurt. "So, games?"
Setsuna finished off his coke and sat straight up in his chair, “they usually have games. Right? Like… DDR and all those techno games.” He cracked his knuckles and grinned, “Maybe I’d be able to find some DDR competition. The mutant girls in the school sucked.”
"Considering you played it for about a week straight once, it's not exactly surprising that they sucked in comparison," Kira pointed out, setting down the beer and starting to get up from his perch on the stool. "The games ought to be around here somewhere..."
“Uh, Senpai! You should try this. It’s good!” Setsuna held up a large glass with a red, thick creamy substance. “It tastes like apples!” Not to mention it was probably the most alcoholic thing on the menu. “Ah… some girl didn’t want it anymore and gave it to me.” He gestured to a girl who was walking into the dancing mob, she had long red hair and was a bit on the chubby side. Setsuna took a sip and held it out to Kira with a small smile.
Kira was rarely if ever one to turn down alcohol, especially when he hadn't had to pay for it. Still, he thought it was a little weird how abrupt Setsuna had been about offering it. "Uh, okay? Thanks." He took the glass from Setsuna, immediately gulping down a big swallow of the stuff. If it weren't for his tolerance level he might've gagged. "... Damn, that's pretty strong." But surprisingly good. He took another large sip before trying to hand it back to Setsuna, for once suspecting... absolutely nothing.
Setsuna took the glass back and took another sip himself, also managing not to gag. “I like this one,” he said with a smile, pushing the now empty glass away. If he wasn’t careful, he himself would end up totally smashed and unable to accost Kira in his drunken state. Though mixing rum and some random fruity apple drink probably wasn’t the best idea. Setsuna pushed off of the stool and grabbed Kira’s hand possessively, glancing up at the other male. “So… games, dancing, or do you wanna make out up against the wall? Back rooms are for later.”
The drinks were starting to take a toll on Kira, giving him a mild buzz. He got up from the stool, absolutely assured that no way could he be getting drunk already. "Do you even have to ask?" Kira smirked broadly and teasingly pulled Setsuna through the crowds of people towards the wall.
Setsuna resisted the urge to roll his eyes and followed along, laughing a little bit. If he was a chick, he’d call the way he was feeling tipsy, rum and… whatever was in that fruity drunk did not go along well. But Kira had to be worse than him, right? Two beers and he had drank more of that apple monstrosity than Setsuna. Upon reaching the wall, Setsuna leaned back against it, resting one of his feet back on it. He looked up at Kira and rose a brow, “this good?”
Kira nodded. In the back of his mind he began to wonder how much alcohol had been in that last drink, but that thought was pushed out of his head nearly as soon as it arrived. The music was pounding loudly, strobe lights flashing, and to top it off there was Setsuna, right against the wall. It was as perfect as it could get.
"We'll dance later, promise," he said, more cheerful than he'd probably ever had been, as he put his hands on Setsuna's waist and leaned in to kiss him.
Setsuna pressed his hands up against Kira’s chest, tugging on his shirt lightly, and leaned in to kiss the other male back. The taste of alcohol was strong in both of their mouths, probably, considering they’d both had a bit to drink. Setsuna planned to drag Kira back over there later and buy him a coke heavy on the rum, partly because that’s what you did when you went clubbing (drink a lot) and.. well. The whole plotting to top thing. He pressed against Kira slightly and moved his hands up so they were resting around the other male’s neck, idly he played with the strands of hair at the nape of Kira’s neck while they kissed.
Kira fought the urge to laugh a little at Setsuna playing with his hair; he was ticklish around the neck and having had something to drink didn't help. He moved his hands up slowly from where they'd rested on Setsuna's waist until they were around his neck, massaging lightly. He didn't hesitate before adding a little tongue to the kiss before he broke it to breathe.
Setsuna couldn’t help but to moan slightly when Kira started to massage his neck, but he forced himself to keep his moans to a minimal. Even if the music was blasting, he didn’t really want anyone to hear him moaning other than Kira. The place was getting pretty packed by now, other couples making out against the walls and random girls now dancing on tables. No doubt they were totally drunk. When the kiss broke Setsuna took a slow breath and moved back in, pressing his lips against Kira’s, making good use of his tongue. The DJ was dancing and people were huddled together in groups, grinding and dancing close together.
Kira didn't care about the loud music and it didn't matter to him how many people were around. As far as he was concerned it was just him and Setsuna--just him and his boyfriend. Something he'd really never imagined, ever. Setsuna's low moans made him feel a little possessive, and he broke off the kiss again to start trailing lighter ones along what was exposed of Setsuna's neck.
Setsuna tilted his head to the side to give Kira more neck to kiss, leaning back against the wall for support. He pressed his groin up against the other male, creating a little friction between their bodies. Finally, Setsuna turned his mouth to Kira’s neck and pressed his lips against one of the marks that was visible on the other male’s neck, sucking and biting gently.
Kira started to moan softly at the bites on his still-tender skin. He tried not to let that keep him from kissing Setsuna, instead muffling the noise against his neck, holding the boy gently against him.
Setsuna continued to suck and bite on the other male’s still-tender neck, using his hands to rake through Kira’s thick black hair. He began working on leaving a new mark when the announcer yelled over the speaker, “EVERYONE, GET ON THE DANCE FLOOR. WE’RE GUNNA PARTY TONIGHT~~ OH YEAH!” A cheer rose from the crowd and people from all over began to migrate to the floor. Setsuna licked the newly formed mark and pulled away, “you wanna dance now?”
Ordinarily Kira would've just flushed, embarrassed, until Setsuna decided to take pity on him and say they didn't have to. But the alcohol in his bloodstream was doing its job, so he was more than willing now. "Mm, I think so." On impulse he took Setsuna's hand and led him out to the dance floor.
Setsuna followed Kira out (not that he had much of a choice, considering they were holding hands) to the dance floor, into the crowd of dancing people. No one seemed to care about anyone else, they were all too drunk and happy to care. The brown haired boy turned on his heel and grinned up at his partner, hooking his finger into the belt loop on the other male’s leather pants. “Ready?”
At Setsuna's hand on his belt loop, Kira shook his head and couldn't help but laugh. "'I’m not drunk enough to let you lead yet, Setsuna." In fact, he was still half-convinced he wasn't drunk at all. "Your hands are supposed to go around my neck."
Setsuna stuck out his lower lip in a pout but obliged and moved his hands up and around Kira’s neck. “That better?”
Kira nodded, putting one hand on Setsuna's shoulder, the other on the loop of his belt. He exhaled, half-surprised he even remembered that much about dancing. Looking down at Setsuna, he smiled a tiny bit and relaxed as they started to move to the beat of the music.
Setsuna moved as Kira led him, moving so close that there was no space between them. He wanted to be as close to his boyfriend as possible. The youth leaned up and pressed a kiss against older male’s neck, playing with the hair at the nape of his neck again by twirling it around his fingers.
This time Kira really couldn't stop himself from laughing. He didn't stop dancing but he did move his hand off Setsuna's shoulder, trying playfully to brush Setsuna's hands away from that spot on his neck. "H-hey, quit it. It tickles."
Setsuna laughed and moved his hands away from the nape of Kira’s neck. “So I found a ticklish spot? I’m going to remember that~” he joked, sliding his hands to Kira’s shoulders. A few songs played and they continued to dance together, and Setsuna was content. “Hey, Sen-Sakuya…can we get another drink? I’m thirsty again.” He looked up at Kira and cocked his head to the side.
"... Sakuya? Sure, no problem." Kira wasn't really thirsty, but he wouldn't mind sitting down for a bit. As the last bars of the song played, he let go of the other boy without much reluctance. "I'll buy."
“It’s your first name. I uh… thought I should use it? I don’t know… I won’t if you don’t want me to.” He guided Kira over to the bar again and ordered a coke again, strong on the rum. He sipped it and held it out to Kira. “Want some? It’s good after a dance.”
"No, it's fine! I just... wasn't expecting that, is all." Kira took the glass from Setsuna and took a few swallows, inadvertently draining a lot more of the rum-laced-coke than he'd meant to. "... Sorry. I'll get you another one..."
Setsuna shrugged his shoulders, “It’s okay, S…. Sakuya. I don’t mind.” The bartender slipped them another glass and waved his hand, saying that it was on the house. He was in a good mood tonight too, he didn’t mind tossing out a few free cokes. Setsuna sipped the new glass of coke and slipped his free hand into Kira’s hand. “What do you wanna do now?”
"I don't care." Kira squeezed Setsuna's hand gently. Actually he could go for another one of those cokes, but he figured that Setsuna was probably starting to have enough of drinking by now. "Check out those games, dance some more, stick around here... I'm cool with anything." And vaguely starting to be cool with the fact he was probably getting drunk.
As though Setsuna could read his mind, he handed the new coke to him. He had only taken a sip, “Do you want it? I’m not really thirsty anymore. If you don’t I could always give it to someone else…” He actually hadn’t read the other male’s mind, he really didn’t want it. He didn’t want to have to go to the bathroom randomly or something, “and…” he glanced at the clock on the wall. “It’s one o’clock. Did you know that?”
Okay, he honestly had better quit while he was ahead. Kira managed to keep himself from taking more than another few sips of the offered coke. "One o'clock? Don't we have like... a two o'clock curfew at the school or something?" His brain was getting a little fuzzy on that particular detail. "We'd probably better just get going, then, huh?"
Setsuna nodded his head, “Yeah. Or some alarm system comes on and we’ll both be turned to like… ash.” He tilted his head to the side and allowed his bangs to fall over his eyes. “We could.. always stay here and use the back rooms, if you want,” Setsuna commented casually, “they let you stay the night if you’re out by eleven. That’s what it said on a sign outside…” He glanced at Kira and raised a brow, “but if you want to go, we can.”
Kira didn't take long to weigh those options. "Emma'll probably be pissed once she finds out we went clubbing 'nyway. Might as well delay her finding out for awhile, right?" He grinned, setting down the half-empty glass on the counter.
Setsuna grinned and stood up, tugging Kira after him. “Might as well make the night worth while, huh?” he grinned, making his way through the crowd to the door that led to the back rooms. He pushed it open and headed down a long hallway. It seemed that the deal was if the door was open, it was vacant. And not many doors were open. At the very end of the hallway there was an open door with what seemed to be a full sized bed. He led Kira inside and closed the door behind him, locking it. “This okay?” He didn’t mind the room, it wasn’t like it mattered.
"'S'fine. It's great." Kira's coherency was beginning to finally fail him. He laid down on the bed immediately, glancing for just a second at Setsuna with an expectant look as he locked the door.
Setsuna kicked off his shoes and headed over to Kira, crawling on the bed to get close to him, finally to straddle him. He looked down at his boyfriend with a small smile, “You feeling okay, Sakuya..? We don’t have to do anything if you don’t want to.”
"Think 'm drunk," he mumbled, but didn't make a single move to stop Setsuna from straddling him. "Help me with my clothes, would you?"
Setsuna laughed a little and reached over to the lamp on the nightstand, turning it off so that the whole room was totally dark. “Of course,” he said with a quirky smile, reaching down and pulling off Kira’s boots. He tossed them to the floor and they landed with a dull thud. His hands moved to Kira’s waist and he unbuttoned his pants, pulling them off. On the floor they went, along side the boots. Before moving to the other male’s shirt, he tugged at the elastic of Kira’s boxers and slipped them off. He pressed a quick kiss to Kira’s lower abdomen, and slipped off the other male’s shirt with practiced ease. “That better?” He pulled his own shirt off over his head and tossed it away.
"Much." Kira made an abortive attempt at reaching over to try and unbutton Setsuna's pants but stopped himself after the slow realization hit that if he needed help with his own clothes he probably shouldn't try to take off someone else's. He did sit up enough to kiss the other boy, aiming for his cheek and ending up kissing him on the neck instead. "Love you."
Setsuna smiled and kissed Kira’s cheek, “I love you, too.” With that he unbuttoned his own pants and slid them down and off, along with his boxers. He pulled the light comforter over the both of them and straddled Kira securely, pressing his lips against the other’s. He wondered absentmindedly if there was any lube anywhere (probably not) to make it easier. But he just focused on kissing and making Kira feel good by using his hands.
Kira moaned softly as Setsuna kept touching and kissing him. His alcoholic breath was coming in hitches already even though they hadn't gotten that far yet. He broke a kiss to nip Setsuna just a little on the collarbone, biting the skin lightly.
Setsuna let out a soft whimper of pleasure when the other male bit him, moving his mouth to Kira’s neck to bite him back. He moved his mouth down to Kira’s collarbone and nipped at that, sliding his hands down to rest on Kira’s hips.
Kira sighed, not nearly under his breath at the bite. "Hey, Setsuna?" Kira didn't wait for a response, couldn't, really. "'M not that drunk either." Before Setsuna could question what he was even talking about, Kira wrapped his arms around Setsuna's waist and flipped him over
And thus Setsuna’s plan failed. He cursed in his mind and tried to flip Kira back over, “C-C’mon..!” but the other male was too heavy on top of him.
Kira made no attempt at apologizing, and Setsuna's try at reversing their positions was only amusing to him. "Next time... maybe six or seven drinks'd..." he stopped. And from that point, no words were necessary as things began to take their course.
~*~*~*~USE YOUR IMAGINATIONSSSS*~*~*~*~*~
Setsuna moaned and rolled over, burying his face in Kira’s nice warm chest… he didn’t know what time it was, and he didn’t really care. The bed felt like the one in the mansion so he just figured he was there. But what was this? A lump in the mattress? Emma would never allow such a thing. But shit, he didn’t want to get up. After a few minutes there was a loud knocking on the door, “GET YOUR ASS OUT. IT’S PAST ELEVEN.” With a jolt, Setsuna sat up.
The yelling at the door woke Kira up, and groggily he sat up himself, wincing. God, his head was killing him. He was still half-asleep, and had half a mind to grab the pillow and just bury his head under it, never mind what some bartender was screaming about. Kira glanced wearily at Setsuna. "What in the hell is that guy talking about."
Setsuna rubbed the palm of his hand against his forehead, trying to shut out the light coming from the windows by closing his eyes. “Uhn… we’re still at the club… had to be out by eleven…” he winced as the man continued to bang on other doors, damn was it loud. Slowly, Setsuna pulled himself out of the nice warm bed and groped around the floor for his underwear. Finally finding them, he pulled them on and looked back at his boyfriend with slightly bloodshot eyes. “We.. have to get out or something…”
"We're that late already?" The man's yelling confirmed it. Of course. With a groan Kira tossed off the rest of the covers and reached over the edge of the bed to retrieve his boxers, putting them on, still drowsy. Emma was going to try to kill them both if Kira's hangover didn't do the job first. Not exactly wanting to risk her wrath any more than he already had, he tried to hurry up, finding and putting back on his leather pants and shirt.
Setsuna had managed to pull on his own pants and shirt by now, and was working on getting his boots on. “How’re ya feelin’?” he asked as he glanced over at his boyfriend. If Kira felt as half as bad as he looked, he’d... be dead. Managing to pull on his boots, Setsuna headed over to his boyfriend to assist him.
"I've been better," Kira said dryly, rolling his eyes. He hadn't thought he'd drunk enough to merit that bad of a headache, but apparently he had. He started to put on his boots, fiddling more than usual with the laces. When he saw Setsuna coming toward him, he shook his head. "You don't need to help me, I'll be okay. What about you?"
“Head hurts… but I’ll live,” he said with a quirky smile. More banging on the door, more yelling, and it seemed that other people were leaving the rooms in a rush. Setsuna pulled out his wallet and flip through the bills in the flap. He pulled out a crisp ten dollar bill and tossed in onto the end table, “Someone’s gunna be cleaning up after us. They deserve something.” With that he pried open the window and looked out, “looks like there are people coming in here for something else. So… yeah. Let’s go.” He headed to the door and unlocked it, and yanked it open. “Ready?”
Kira nodded and got up from his perch on the bed with a managed laugh. "Yeah. Let's get out of here." He followed his boyfriend out of the room and out of the club itself, the fresh air making him feel marginally better. The bus stop wasn't too far from the club and they headed that way briskly. "Here's hoping we end up with a better bus driver this time, huh?" Kira said, grinning, once they made it to the stop.
Setsuna made a small ‘tsk’ noise with his tongue. “With our luck we will,” he said with an eyeroll, “we aren’t known for good luck are we?”
Kira snorted despite himself. "I think the only thing we're known for is constantly proving Murphy's Law right. The whole 'whatever can go wrong, will' crap." The bus pulled into the stop as he finished his sentence. "Here we go. C'mon."
Setsuna nodded his head in agreement and pulled out his wallet, digging around it for his bus pass. He stepped up and slipped the card into the machine and glanced at the driver. And froze. It was the same dude who had taken him for a joyride. “Holy crap,” was all he could say as the bus driver leered at him and gave him a crooked grin.
Kira had already climbed on the bus ahead of Setsuna, not bothering to pay any attention to the driver. Before he settled down into a seat he turned around and realized what Setsuna was talking about. "Out of all the bus drivers in New York..." he muttered under his breath, shaking his head as he sat down, scooting over to make room for Setsuna.
Setsuna scooted away from the creepy old man and slipped into the seat next to Kira, staying as close to him as possible. “This time we’re getting off the bus at the same time,” he said matter o’ factly, crossing his arms over his chest.
"We'd better be," Kira said, hiding a smile at Setsuna's expression. "I'm not in the mood to lose track of you again."
“I’ll stab him with something sharp if it happens again,” Setsuna said with a pout, “and that’ll stop the bus.” The bus took off from the stop and headed down the street and a fast speed, causing people to dodge it by doing a barrel roll of some sort. “I had fun last night.”
"Yeah? So did I." Kira leaned back in the seat, idly glancing out the window. "Sorry it took so long to lug me on the dance floor."
“It’s okay,” Setsuna murmured with a bit of a shrug. “I got you out there eventually. Though you did make me take the girl part.” He leaned back in his seat and looked at the floor of the bus, watching bottles rolling back and forth as the bus stopped and lurched.
"Yeah, well." Kira shrugged back. "Maybe I still haven't gotten over that voyeur from the movie theater." Truth be told, he really hadn't. Quite.
Setsuna grinned and glanced at Kira from the corner of his eye. “Aha! I remember that. She thought you were the girl, didn’t she? She said you should have given me more.” Oh, that had been a good day.
"Yup," Kira winced at the memory. God, old ladies were stupid. "I probably would have if the credits hadn't quit rolling." Their stop was coming up, and Kira let his hand rest on Setsuna's. All kidding aside he'd rather not have a repeat of the bus chase yesterday.
Setsuna gave a little smile, “I wonder how long she was watching us for. Could have been since we started kissing.” That thought creeped him out more than just a little. And out of all the people who were making out, why did she watch them?
"I hope not." Especially considering they'd started at pretty close to the beginning of the movie. And they hadn't even been as blatant about it as people around them... had they? Kira didn't remember. The brakes of the bus screeched as the bus made its stop near the mansion.
Setsuna stood up and stretched his arms over his head. “Oh well, it was in the past. Let’s move on~! Like getting off this bus alive.” He grinned and headed to the door, “we’re getting off at the same time.”
"Yeah." Kira got up abruptly, following behind Setsuna as close as possible. He spared a sidelong look at the bus driver before going down the steps after his boyfriend. Just in time, as it turned out--the driver slammed the door and sped away as soon as Kira stepped off.
Setsuna watched the bus speed away and then shrugged his shoulders. He grabbed Kira's hand and grinned at him, "Well... I'm going back to bed."
"Me too." Kira knew his chances of successfully sleeping off his hangover were low. All the same, he was prepared to try. "Maybe Emma won't care... too much."
Setsuna smiled and gripped his boyfriends hand, "We’ll see, won't we?" With that, he headed up to the mansion.
