Hey just to let you know (not trying to be mean or anything) but the new draft was going around. It was real and people close to me have seen copies of different write ups. So no it wasn't a rumor.

No. The Democrats are the ones who supported the bill. Their plan was to push this bill through congress (although it will never pass) and let John Kerry blame it on George Bush. The average American hears what they want to hear and sees what they want to see so they don't even dig any deeper. Senator Ernest Hollings, a Democrat from South Carolina, is the fellow who sponsored the bill
