What makes you emo Im not into alot of punk. And emo is most definetly not punk rock. If you were to call it that, then you would be labeled a dumbass. Emo is short for the term emotional.. In a musical sense. Ive always been into music. Its a way out of having to tell everyone about your problems/"shit". Emo has turned into a "trend" and I think of it as a lifestyle. I dont dress the way I do, just to fit it. I do because it sets me apart from "followers" or just ordinary-boring-skank-hoes. Im just overall a different/unique person with my own feelings. Thats what makes me emo. :)

Favorite Band, and Why Dashboard confessional; I love dc because of thier honest lyrics. I can relate to them. It's easy to listen to and also to understand what they are talking about/saying. For the actual 'sound', I love Taking back sunday. Thier melody is great and Adam's voice is amazing. This is a band you can count on if your into hxc/exc.
