This was definitely one of my favorite recent Intercons. I had an amazing time and got to see lots of wonderful people. Thank you to all the GMs, players, staff, panelists, and cool people I ran into in consuite, hallways, parties and the dance

Utterly with you on the soft spoken moderator bit. I think this panel was ok overall, but could have been a lot better if I'd done a better job moderating. In particular, I felt like my fellow female panelist got the least time to speak, and she was probably the best qualified to speak out of any of us. Though I do think that one of the male speakers probably deserved more time to speak as well, and there were some audience members, both male and female, that probably could have benefited from a more vocal moderator.

Let me be clear, that this was not intended to reflect badly on you. That was a hard situation to manage, and people were not listening to you.

No worries. I do think that it was a tough situation, but I also feel that I personally could have done a lot better. I do think some amount of the blame lies with me.
