If your tummy is still acting funny might I suggest a bit of peppermint? :3 I have a soft peppermint stick whenever my tummy is sort-of-upset-but-not and it helps.
Sadly I have none at work, but peppermint tea usually helps me quite a bit. I'm going to pick up some plain steamed rice on the way home, that plus the tea is my new favourite sick-diet. ^___^;;
...I totally understand how you feel right now. Or at least, I think I do. I think I actually managed to pull muscles in my throat or something doing judo. It hurts to swalloooowww D:

It does, doesn't it? My old one looks extremely tattered, so I'm such happy to get something that'll still have most of its paint. XD
I can't complain. My minidisc player lasted me over five years, even with all its crazy moving parts and how often I dropped it.

I just feel generally achy and nauseous and bleary. Better today now that I've had some proper sleep. :D
I only work three days a week, so I just have to wait two days for a day to do nothing in. *__*
