Poor Eia.

But honestly? Poor him more, 'cause he's missing out on awesomepants. And I hope he does call when his silly friends are out of town and actually follow through on a date, so that he can truly understand the awesomeness of Eia. Purely for his benefit, of course. Eia needs no stinkin' man.

XD That's pretty much my train of thought too. I'm perfectly happy on my own, the one who's hanging around dating sites looking for a girl is him.

Eia definitely don't need no stinkin' man... but a date would still be nice now and then. ^______^

LOL. I'm inclined to agree and omfg your icon. O__O

I do indeed. I leave the window open for my cat, but the neighbours are starting to follow her home. xD

She's not supposed to be inside at all, actually. And I can't keep her in. She'll just scratch at the window until I lose my mind if I try.

That's just rude. T__T And what a lame reason to cancel! At least make up a better excuse, even if that is your real reason. Like, "I was really looking forward to our date, but unfortunately, I was recently accosted by a pack of rabid badgers packing uzis. Let's reschedule after my brief hospital stay!"

Bad form, potential date. Bad form indeed.

Oh gawd, it's Friday the 13th tomorrow? Blech. I'm always irrationally panicky about that date.

I would have forgiven him x1573892374 if he'd given me that excuse. XD It's not even that he canceled that bugs me. It's that he suggested the day and time for the date when he knew there was a good chance he wouldn't be able to make it. :|

Awwww. ♥

A. Just as well. You were spazzing, altho' quietly.

B. The option is still open; it may have been the truth/he was spazzing too. The problem being, this was set up by your mutual friend, ri-i-ght? If you actually liked him, try to snag him sometime later without the pressure.

Oh, I'm sure he was telling the truth. That's not the issue. The issue is that he made plans with me when he knew there was a good chance he wouldn't be able to follow through on them.

I'm not cutting off any options just yet. If he calls to reschedule, I'll go. It's just a few minus points, and served to remind me that I'm not the one desperate enough to be wandering around dating sites. He is. ~__^

You are so very much the age of my daughters, March 88 and October 85, that I feel relatively protective of you. What I have heard about your actual past notwithstanding, I would like you to do well with a fellow.

But, well, if you liked him enough to pay attention to him again, there you are. I would love to squee in one direction or another in support but I suppose I can't.

Carry on.

If you like, you can squee that I'm finally open enough to be willing to date, and be protective over me dating guys who can't keep their promises. ^____^
