I know you don't want to build up a resistance to it, but just in case you feel you really really NEED more pain relief, now or in the future, the prescription dose for ibuprofen/Advil is 4 200mg capsules (so 800mg) three times a day, totaling 2400mg of the stuff.
Just in case it helps in the future <3
And I wouldn't feel silly about the cervix thing (well, maybe a bit, but not too much). I stumbled upon a community on here (vaginapagina) at one point, and it seems to be a fairly common mistake. :)
I say blame the sexual health teachers. They're not telling us what our bodies do! *fist shakey*
I can't remember why I found that place to begin with, though. I can only assume it had something to do with when I got my IUD (which apparently is supposed to be called an IUC now, but since I aint usin' it for contraception, that c is null and void for me :P). But I know I stuck around cuz that was about the time my friends all seemed to be having girly-bits problems, and so that I could throw it at other people.
Hi. Lurker here. I had a retroverted uterus back when I was in my twenties. The muscles holding the uterus to the stomach wall just let go, so my uterus fell back and upside down. Extremely painful. Had to have surgery to fix it, but before that what helped a great deal was sleeping like a baby,i.e., on my stomach, with my butt up in the air. It took all the pressure that the fallen uterus was putting on other organs, off. Worth a try, yes?
Perhaps! I'm not sure if that's it, I think that would probably hurt more than this, but if I try it and it works I'll owe you a big one. Thanks! ^__^ ♥
If you come over earlier than nine-ish, you can come watch the finale of the Celebration of Light with my roommate and I from on top of the building where I work. :D
