Hisoka is empathic. This means, he can read the emotions of those around him. He does have fairly strong shields, which he keeps up unless he has a need to actively use his empathy. However, overly strong emotions will still leak through, especially if the other person has mental abilities of their own, or if there is physical contact

General Emotions: Ginji's usually a pretty happy, friendly guy. He's fiercely loyal, and gets overprotective of his friends.
Strength of Emotions: Ginji wears his heart on his sleeve, and feels very strongly about things.
Alignment: Perky Good.
Other Comments: If Ginji goes into Raitei, he's massively powerful, but at the same time very calm. Hisoka probably wouldn't be able to read Raitei, but he still might get overwhelmed simply by his sheer level of power.
