Honestly. I know that shit goes down all the time. Horrific things on large and small scales. But the situation in Darfur is really incredible. I don't hate too easily--I mean real true blood boiling unthinking hate. But I HATE the perpetrators of this genocide. I HATE the fact that rape is used as a WEAPON. WHAT THE FUCK. I agree. And now I think I should really get off my ass and get myself involved in Darfur activism, because it's a damn shame that I'm NOT.

The thing that i hate most is that i'm NOT involved in this issue. At all. So by our inaction I should also say MY inaction. But also, it's just sad that even when the government says that this is atrocious they do nothing.

I love you. Sometimes, I write the UN about all sorts of issues. None of my letters/emails ever get replied to. What irks me the most is that everyone admits that Rwanda was a major fuck up and yet they don't seem to care. That or they're all idiots. Considering that my aunt is a EU representative, I'll opt for the later. Man, she's stupid.
