Victory!
Yesterday at the library I found out the most exciting thing all summer:
all new students are being issued random 9-digit numbers as student ID numbers
all old students are being issued random numbers to replace their SSN's. These new numbers will slowly phase in.
No more SSN ID numbers! I have been bitching about this for a long time now. -

This morning I read an article about measures to catch Scots watching their TVs unlicensed. Either Scotland or UK, I'm not sure which, is the only country requiring TV licenses for its citizens. One person commented:

Sketchy Men on Bikes
I walked from Chemistry to Barracks and back on Tuesday, around 10 AM.
