I just saw this hilarious story about how the new Miss World 2004, Miss Peru, is thinking about suing her plastic surgeon because he is claiming that she's had more surgery than she has admitted to. Maria Julia Mantilla Garcia cops up to having gotten a breast augmentation and a nose job, but denies that she had further work done on her eyebrows,

To be honest, she was hotter before. Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining about her bigger, yet still tastefully-sized boob job. Well, in the bottom pictures anyway. The middle one is kinda weird though that could just be the dress. I mean, quite honestly, I'm not really sure I would have noticed that she had her boobs done if I hadn't seen before and after photos. But the face? It just doesn't look natural. It looks kinda plasticy. Kinda like the faces in Playboy. Now I'm sure that almost ALL of Playboy is fake, but the faces with the ridiculous makeup make it especially fake. Unpleasantly so, to be honest. Same thing here. WAY hotter before the work. And I'm not sure there was ANY doubt that you could find hotties in South America. To be honest, I was under the impression that there were predominantly hotties in South America. I mean, that's what television has taught me.
