I went to the Whole Foods in Studio City today and I had two funny celeb sightings. While pulling into the parking lot, I almost ran over Lily Tomlin heading to her graphite Prius. Today we had our distributor breakfast for the American Film Market at the Casa Del Mar Hotel in Santa Monica. AFM is one of the biggest international film markets where people sell the international rights to their films. Since I work in a skyscraper (of sorts... ok it's a 23-floor office building), there are several useful little shops on the ground floor, including a crappy Italian restaurant, a cafeteria, florist, dry cleaner, office supply, convenience store, Starbucks, Fed-ex/Kinkos and two banks, one of which is a Washington Mutual.
