You've never been out to the countryside before? That's the saddest thing I've ever heard!

Actually, I've never been outside my house before!

Well, I went out once in a while, on my front porch, and Kanaya took me to Diagon Alley to get all of my things. But besides that, no!

That's terrible! How could someone do that to a sweet little thing like you?

Oh, well.. It's not really their fault. They're just protective, I suppose.

I'm normally very sick, so going outside would just make me feel worse. The air around the city isn't the cleanest either.

But out here it's a lot easier to breath! Though walking so much is still giving me trouble. I get winded quite easily.

It's nice to meet you, my name is Fiona. I'm not currently a Ravenclaw, though I was one when I was attending Hogwarts' I'm the professors' assistant in Defence Against the Dark Arts now.

You seem to be settling in nicely, but you can ask me if you ever need anything!

Nice to meet you, Fiona! Or should I call you Professor Fiona? I'm not sure what the polite protocol is here, I'm afraid.

My only problem is that a lot of the classes that seem interesting, I can't get into until I'm older. It's such a shame, really, I'm very eager for them.

Just Fiona is fine, although with the other staff members I would suggest using "Professor." Excepting Mr. Filch, of course, as he's not a teacher.

Well...if it's all the same to you, I could let you look at some of my old textbooks of the subjects you're interested in.

Oh, could you really?

Ancient Runes & Studies, Arithmancy, and Divination all look very interesting, as does Care of Magical Creatures-- Though I suppose any books on magical creatures would be amazing to read. Do you have any of those?

I haven't had a chance to visit the library much, so I'll have to go there as soon as I can and pick up more books of interest.

How is flying going for you? Do you think you have a handle on it?

I don't think I have much of a talent for it, to be honest.

It's not hard, really, but I like my feet on the ground.

Understandable, not everyone likes it. But it's good to be proficient.

Oh, yes, I imagine it would come in handy. But I'm afraid of if I fall...

And it's strange; I've never been afraid before. I don't really like it.

You're only now learning to appreciate the beauty of nature? As the herbology assistant, I find that to be quite a pity.

Well, I've never really been outside before now!

The greenery is all quite nice to look at, though.

Never in your life? That's horrible, why on earth...?

Oh, it's nothing that bad, I think. I'm a very sickly person, so for my own health I just never went outside!

Except on my front porch once in a while, but we lived in the city so the opportunity to see flowers and things was small.
