I started work yesterday at a Rudolf Steiner kindergarten.  I don't quite know what I was expecting, however I am certain that I was not expecting it to be what it is

I did good at 2 today, apart from a wrong state of mind for relaxing.

As for 3, yes that is where I want to go, but to be honest I'm scared because of point 2.

I don't know a huge amount of Steiner, but my sense is there is a reasonably coherent philosophy behind the ideas related to education, but it would terrify me slightly if they were being implemented by people who don't understand them.
