im on atkins.. and for the first 2 weeks the subway deal isnt good because for the first two weeks you cant eat ANYYYY carbs, not even atkins carbs because your body needs to get used to no trace of carbohydrates. Good luck its tough to stick with it. subway wraps are good though i cheated and ate one anyways
