Well, alright, only very marginally related. But it is teaching materials. And there is science, history, and health care related things in there. And anyway, I like their stuff.

Fun stuff -- though I think I'd better not reintroduce phlogiston. I'm not quite sure they'd get the drift.

I hope it doesn't go terribly. You are the most suitable-to-be-a-teacher person I know! And some of the people I know are already teachers.

That is a super-weird reassuring thing to say! Now I am very curious and want you to explain everything that you find teachery about me in agonizing detail so I can figure out whether you're onto something that I could be using more. How are my chances?

It came out weird but I went with it. I don't know anything about your planning and organizational skills except that you like to put them down - but the teachery folks I know all kind of suck at those skills anyway.

The teachery thing about Jenn Dolan is that she has a way of knowing when someone needs to be told what to do, and when they don't, and she can prod them and encourage them in such a way that comes across as genuine and unintimidating and not at all pedantic. Oh, and you don't seem to be burnt out yet. And you're honest and you're not afraid to say nice things about other people. Anyone can come up with criticisms but most people have trouble giving praise without it sounding contrived.
