I decided to whip up my own smoothie today after working out. I figured it can't be that hard. Threw in a banana, some yogurt, protein powder, and milk. Uhhh, not so tasty....but I am still drinking it! If anyone has any recipes, please send them my way.

* 3/4 cup frozen berries (blueberry, raspberry, blackberry, strawberry, or mixed berry)
* 1/2 cup organic vanilla yogurt
* 1/2 cup cold water
* 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
PREPARATION:
Add in order - yogourt, water, berries, powder.
Blend until smooth.

Most simple one that's also super yummy though?
Banana + orange juice + protein powder
Add strawberries, peaches, blueberries or pineapple for a more fruity taste :)
