just when you start to lose faith in people, somebody does something really unexpected and really great.

i was having a terrible, terrible day, and now im really happy just because of one relatively small act by a guy in my class and his roommates.

tonight was a really, really great night.  i love going to bed happy.

new years was fabulous fun. work was actually fantastic, it was a formal dinner with lots of courses and a band and dancing and all my tables were great and i made decent money. after we went to moriarty's and got there with 5 minutes to spare before midnight, just enough time to get in and get our champagne. got home at 5, slept till 1030 when ( Read more... )
