If you "really hate this country" move to another, I mean I know that if I felt that strongly I wouldn't stay. I don't think any true americans would mind someone who hates the country leaving it. Good luck in canada!

umm i can feel whatever i want? oh remember the country you love so much allows me to feel that way. I CAN HATE IT IF I WANT TO. i love people that read my journal, comment about something they see that they don't like in MY journal, dont' leave a fucking name and tell me what to do. If you don't like it, don't read it. did i ask for you to tell me what to do? I don't need your suggestions on shit. and are you not calling me a true american? true americans freely critize their country and government. true americans pay attention and go out of their way to figure out all the bullshit propaganda they hear. true americans try to change our culture and society. true americans reject their solicalization as much as they can. i am a true american. but the distortions and perversions of this country make me ASHAMED to call myself american. Very mature I can tell you must be a english major. Maybe you should move I'm sure your French is better. I was suggesting something most of you people who seem to "hate america" so much are all talk, why not do something about it? Honestly, it's kind of ridiculas to stay in a place you "hate". I hope someday you grow out of your immature vocabulary and childish use of language. Maybe if you channel all your anger into something productive you could actually make a difference in the world.
Last but not least if you don't like people in YOUR journal use the friend only mode.
P.S. I don't think being a true American is hating America. You may not agree with everything, but hate is a strong word.

umm first of all, surprize!, i'm a poli sci major. and my childish and immature language is yet another way that i can express myself. and i love the way you think i'm all talk. do you know me? obviously not bc if you did then you would know that i'm heavily involved in activism. you would know that my entire job is activism. my life is consumed in activism. and freedom of speech and speaking your mind is one way that activism is propelled. and i leave my journal open so that my friends that don't have ljs can read it. but since you aren't one of those people and don't like what i'm saying i don't see why you are reading it. and i really don't think that you are in a position to tell me whether or not i'm a true american. besides i see no point of being proud of a country, as if i chose where i was born. And even if i did see the point i couldn't be proud of our country knowing our history and our current actions. please don't read my journal anymore, you just kill readers' brain cells.

JAMES OMG!!! uhh i'll be in town in decemember. well lemme tell you the story of this post. I was really mad when i wrote it. i mean seriously, would you (knowing me) expect any less? but this kid (who i don't even know) comes around and tells me i'm not a true american bc i dissent and i'm like wtf? and since it was not the day to fuck with me. i got mad again. argh but anyway YES we'll hang! have you decided a college?

we're americans precisely because we dissented. give him the finger, move on. i have not decided on a college yet. give me a call sometime (248-943-5655.) this election was all wrong. everyone is so emotional about it, and, as evidenced by this little livejournal debacle, people are still fighting about it. its over, bush won, lets go. i read a good book yesterday, you should try it. its called "the ethics" by spinoza...do it.
