To cut 'left triangle bracket' lj-cut 'right triangle bracket'
then your writings, then
'left triangle bracket' /lj-cut 'right triangle bracket'

i said goodbye to my former self who said goodbye to hers. the first was violet. my online persona was once violet lie. she had said goodbye to others before her as well. and so it goes.
