[There's a grand tree set up in one of the rooms of the DR - or perhaps there's a private tree set up for you somewhere - with presents underneath. The labels aren't particularly clear when you try to read them and they won't be until the person they're from has given them to you!

It wasn't where I had been sent before, that place had collars. [Rubbing his neck.] This one seemed...very tired and old. Poisoned.

[Her stomach twists.] Were you all right there?

Fine, I avoided any trouble. So did everyone else. But that's not the point of today, talking of that. [Holding out a sort of candle-length box for her to take and inside is a white-frosted glass rose.]

[She opens her mouth, looking about half a second away from protesting, but she shuts it again with a click when he holds up the box. Oh. Oh, she didn't come in here to get gifts, she came here to give them-!!

Slowly, she takes the box and lifts the lid. Once she sees what's inside, her entire expression becomes one of stunned surprise.] ...It's beautiful. Is it really for me?

[She can still give them! It's just that Allen sees her so rarely that...he wanted to make sure he'd given her the gift.

He smiles gently.] I saw it and thought of you. [So yes.]

[Very carefully running her fingertips over the glass petals. She can't believe he would go so far out of his way as to get her something like this, or that he'd think of her when he saw it. Lenalee struggles with a smile, trying to hold it down when it wants to take over her entire face.] Thank you...
