It should turn out fine. We have realistic expectations for one another so that helps for sure! I think that what matters is that were great friends, but just friends.

Yay! he did exactly that/ I'm paying $250 a month to live here and I'm moving into the spare bedroom later today! It worked out all for the best thankfully! It also gives me time to find a place that it's going to suck to live.

Yeah after we talked he gave my brother a call and apologized for his terrible behavior - his head and heart weren't in it. I think that we'll both move forward just separately.
