...about clinic and choices [updated]

So before I start residency, I figured I'd think about which program to choose and in order to do that, I decided I needed time.  So instead of bumming at home, I took my friend's offer to moonlight at a clinic. i also made sure that if I met a consultant or resident, I'd ask them so many questions about choosing the right specialty because I'm ( Read more... )

Oh, surgery! Ni~ce, there aren't many women working as surgeons. And by ENT do you mean Otolaryngology? [n00b talking lol]

Haha, I've always wanted to take up ENT cos it still has a surgery part but not too much surgery (only the head and neck area) but like college, there's bound to be 'switching' when one realises it's not for them.

Here there's more and more females becoming surgeons. I'm just worried i'm forgetting everything I learned in anatomy class...gotta read the boring books again.

In the meantime, still without a job. Must. Waste. Time. Before. Committing. eee!!

Googled it 8D that's all of being ze n00b....
at any rate. Surgery seems to be more fun than ENT, at least that's what I think. Never sympathized those doctors and the reason is simple - had too many problems with ears... lol.

Ah, I wish we had anatomy in uni. Boo. Why we can't have those classes?? Are we, molecular biologists, some kind of retards? >..>
