That's fantastic! The same thing happened in AR a week or so ago! Still a ways to go on that, but it's really happening, and in places where you would never expect it.

WOULD you get married? It would be so awesome - I know the legal/formal status aspect means so much to you especially and it would be such a great way to mark your many years of commitment!

Acquaintances of mine (men) got married (civil union) in Britain last year or the year before to celebrate 30 years together. It says a LOT when long-standing same sex couples tie the knot, IMO.
