Moving

Annie and I  and the furry kids are moving! Tomorrow, as a matter of fact. Someone has bought Che Hairball ! He is going to renovate it and then flip it (gut the interior and start over).

WE ARE DOWNSIZING to a 2 bedroom apartment where I please G-d will never have to mow a lawn or pay to replace the water heater again.

Thank you! We're both pretty thrilled about finding a nice place and being able to move in so quickly - with a beautiful large lawn that I never have to mow :)

We are so excited about it. I never thought I'd want to move again, but after this winter Annie and I both have had it with being stuck up here on a hill in the woods. And neither of us is in the kind of shape to keep up with a big old house that needs constant work. So YAY moving!

I'm really happy about it. We've been talking about moving for years, but after this winter with all the storms, ice, snow...and last summer when the water heater died to the tune of an $1100 replacement, we said "Time to pack up and downsize." And we all have pets at the complex, so MacGyver will have other dogs to play with at last :)!

It's so time to move. Neither one of us could stand to be stuck up here through another bad winter like the last one. We're very happy about it!
