I read the Hunger Games and my solution to Panem's problems was GET YOURSELF A TENNESSEE VALLEY AUTHORITY! Seriously, not to brag, but seventy-four years after our civil war, we were developing the south to address some of those economic and social problems. And hey, guess what?
