I kind of disagree. I'm not saying don't think critically or have an opinion about a book, but it also should not be all about bashing the author and their work. It's a fictional story therefore all the rules of reality don't need to apply.

If I had not read the book myself and I was just going off of Emmy's posts, my advice to her would probably be, "This story sounds stupid. Just put the book down." I don't see much of a point to keep reading something when you can find nothing positive to take away from it.
