My new drug of choice isn't actually a drug for once. i'm hooked on absinthe. Not hooked really because it's too nasty tasting for me to enjoy it but the buzz is lovely. I got a bottle for my bday. Also it's good i'm not actually addicted to it because you can't buy it in alabama

Sounds like you're learning this intuitively, but it's definitely not a good idea to use resources like that if they're re-traumatizing. Only if they're helpful.

How is LJ-ing about it going for you? Reading what you've written, I get the sense that writing about it might be therapeutic for you.

I kind of feel like it's better to face it head on. I've never done that before and I think that avoiding it will be worst in the long run.

I think I really missed lj. I used to write a lot and then I stopped wanting to share but it's good. It's always been the place I feel least judged. So I say more than I would elsewhere.
