Yay, I love fics that deal with Dean's post-hell issues! This was gorgeous. I really ♥ your sparse writing style.

I especially loved:

Dean carefully nods his head, even though he’s not actually sure. Whatever. He’ll make it or die. It’s a familiar choice.

That's so Dean, and so sad, and so perfect. And the case was fantastic too. In conclusion, I loved this. ;)

YES. The world needs more fics that deal with Dean's PTSD - the stuff the show could have taken advantage of but just didn't. Damn fine job.
