well, i suppose since it's been nearly five months since i last wrote anything - ANYTHING at all, besides the odd facebook message and journalistic things - i suppose i'm due for an update

Oh Em I feel the EXACT same way as you right now. I graduated a little over a month ago, am living at home with my dad, and am job searching very unsuccessfully. With 2 college degrees I can't even get an interview for anything, and I'm pretty certain I'm going to have to go work somewhere like Pier 1 soon just to make some money. Interior design jobs are few and far between these days, it seems, at least in this part of the country, so it's just a waiting game for me until something opens up that interests me. I definitely didn't imagine unemployment to be so boring, but making it through the week while everyone else is at work or in class is rough. Good luck to you, I'm sure something will happen soon, but I know the feeling you're having right now!
