Turkey Pies

So, should I bake them in a bowl, pot-pie style? Or should I make rolled pies, English-style.

how about making "hand-pies" - like large turnovers, or Cornish meat pasties. freeze them unbaked, and then bake a couple as a quick meal whenever you feel like it. (want my ancestral recipe for pie crust?)
