I am so bloody knackered today. I'm not hung over, I'm just really tired. Didn't get to sleep till after 1am and had physio at 7:30 this morning, then work at 9 and I'm just wiped out. My eyes have been burning all day

Haha i was talking to Nath this evening about how he'll have to start ticking the 30+ box on questionaires soon. But the thing about being in ur thirties, is that you get to be in ur Flirty-30s or dirty-30s!
