Wow! That makes soooo much sense. It so true that we always live our lives focusing on everything but the PRESENT. I think its just hard to let go of the past and live in the moment because the past reflects so much of who we are. I love you tasha!

i hate that, when we focus on that kind of stuff we all get so upset and think way too much, but theres nothing we can really do right?
