I actually had 2 very, very random root canals in the past year (unknown causes), but neither of them took that long - must be that cyborg tooth. .__.
Nothing is better during those procedures than a dental team that cares about their patients though, so it's very fortunate that they kept you comfortable the entire time!

I can't even imagine a 6 month temp crown.. I had mine for a week and it fell off twice and had to be reglued LOL.

Do you have any idea why you needed a root canal in the first place?

Also Miltank on a team, yesssssss. :D

Oh god don't scare me about it falling off T___T;; hopefully they did a good job with mine since it has to be on for so long... the dentist had to reshape the crown twice, so he had to take it off, and he couldn't even get it off with his hand. he had to use the forceps thingy, and he had to yank so hard I felt like my roots were even going to come out. so...hopefully. I'm trying to only chew semi-chewed food on that side. as long as it doesn't break, they can always glue it back on ( ... )
