Leg Day

Started with Squats on Smith, then went to Single-Leg Leg Press, then to Glute-Ham Raises, then to Leg Extensions, then to Lying Leg Curls, then to Seated Calf Raises supersetted with Standing Calf Raises. For Forearms, I went BB Forearm Rolls supersetted with Plate Pinches.
