Shoulder Day

Started with Cubans, then went to High Cable Rear Delt Rows, then to Power Shrugs on the Smith, then to 1-Armed DB Side Raise, then to DB Lateral Raises, then to Standing DB Presses. For Forearms, I hit Wrist Curls and supersetted them with Cross Hammers.
