Chest Day
Started with BB Flat Press, then went to Decreasing Angle Incline Press on the Smith, then to Dips, then to Increasing Angle Incline Press on the Smith, then to Crosslocks and then to Fly Press. I also went with an Arm superset of Push-Downs and Preacher Curls. I am slowly getting better at unassisted Dips, but I'm not quite there just yet.
