Leg Day
Started with Squats on Smith, then Leg Extensions, then went to Glute-Ham Raises, then Seated Calf Raises supersetted with Standing Calf Raises. I tried Deads, but no go there and I actually cut the workout short because I was dying on the vine. This is one of the shittiest workouts in a long while. My head was just not into it at all.
Right now, the plan is to keep bulking through the next 3 weeks of March, take a good 2 weeks off and then start cutting.
