Leg Day
Started with Squats on Smith, then went to Leg Extensions, then to Glute-Ham Raises, then to Seated Calf Raises supersetted with Standing Calf Raises and that finished Legs. I was going to do Deads, but my Right Shoulders is presenting problems right now, unsure as to why exactly. For Forearms, I hit BB Forearm Rolls and Plate Pinches.
