Chest Day

Went with BB Flats to warm up, then Decreasing Angle Inclines on the Smith, then Dips, then the Fly Press, then Crosslocks to finish off Chest. To hit Arms, I went Lying French Press, then Standing Curls with the EZ-Bar, then Push-Downs. I am seriously behind on this log and on time in general. I have to update this 3 workouts at a time, because I do not have the time to do it daily.
