Leg Day
Started with Squats on Smith, then to Single-Leg Leg Press, then to Glute-Ham Raises, then Seated Calf Raises supersetted with Standing Calf Raises. For Arms, I tried Forearm Rolls and Plate Pinches, but did not need to work Forearms, so I stopped. I have somehow also aggravated my Right Front Delt.
