Bleu Cheese and New Years

So I came home with a McDonald's grilled chicken salad for dinner. I wanted bleu cheese on it and had some left over in the fridge. I didn't know if it was spoiled or not so I opened up the container and took a sniff. Then it dawned on me...it's bleu cheese...it always has a funky smell. So how can I tell? So then I inspected it for mold.

I quit drinking (and drugs and smoking) for a couple (and even more) months (a loooong time ago, 1999). And damn if I didn't get really smart! And I felt fantastic.
